3. Start production

4. Check quality and shipping
After production is completed, we will inspect the quality of the boxes and take videos for you to check to ensure there are no issues. We will package and arrange shipment according to the shipping options we have confirmed
5. After sales service
We will focus on the entire transportation and update our customers. We will pay attention to customer feedback and improve our work to establish better business relationships

Q: How long does the production cycle usually take?
A: The production cycle depends on the complexity of the packaging and the number of orders. Generally speaking:
Design sampling phase: approximately 7 working days.
Batch production stage: approximately 15 working days.
After you place your order, we will provide an accurate production schedule based on your specific order and follow up throughout the process to ensure timely delivery.
Q: What are the payment methods? What is the deposit ratio?
A: We support bank transfers and corporate account payments. The standard payment process is to pay 50% as a deposit after signing the contract, and pay the remaining 50% in full before shipment.
Q: If I am not satisfied with the rendering, can I modify it?
A: Of course! Our goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction. We will continue to communicate with you until the artwork is confirmed before entering the mass production stage.
